1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, booking our consultation services, or commissioning custom website/mobile development projects from GFSmartSolutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must cease using our services.

2. Scope of Services

GFSmartSolutions specializes in custom Website Development, Mobile Application Development (iOS/Android), Business Workflow Automation, and AI solutions integration.

• Previews: Free 24-hour custom website previews are provided as design mockups to demonstrate technical capability and design direction. They do not constitute completed deliverables.
• Hosting & Deployment: Unless explicitly covered under a recurring maintenance agreement, our delivery ends with deployment support (e.g. configuring cPanel, WSGI server setup) and handing off code files. Ongoing hosting fees and domain maintenance are the sole responsibility of the client.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full and final payment of all milestones outlined in your custom project agreement, the specific custom source code, assets, database structures, and design layouts built explicitly for your project will be transferred to you as your intellectual property.

GFSmartSolutions retains ownership of standard starter templates, helper modules, and reusable software patterns utilized to construct the applications.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our software products and services are provided "as is" and "as available". GFSmartSolutions, its co-founders, and developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from hosting server downtime, cPanel configurations, database issues, or operational disruptions after project sign-off and hand-off.

5. Revisions and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any updates will be posted directly to this page with an updated "last modified" timestamp. Continued engagement with our services following updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.

6. Governing Law

Any disputes, actions, or claims relating to these Terms of Service or services provided by GFSmartSolutions will be governed by the laws and local courts of West Delhi, India.
